how to avoid that "well-intentioned" actions unintentionally cause harm and reproduce stereotypical ideas
how you can design familiar activities in a culturally relevant way and use them immediately in your group

This training is designed for educators of young children up to the age of 8 years old. This training is in German language.

After this course you will have a basic understanding of the culturally different aspects of ending the year.
You have a clear guide to working in a culturally relevant manner that you can implement immediately and transfer to your program throughout the year.
You will receive practical materials that you can use immediately in your group.
